We are an established online business in Canada. We are seeking a responsible individual for phone and email support to fill a position that is opening due to the upcoming retirement of a team member.
The candidate must be comfortable with speaking to customers over the phone to address customer concerns and questions, and resolve issues regarding personal accounts.
The position requires work during Canadian business hours, 3-4 hours per day, 4-5 days per week.
The job does not require technical knowledge except for basic computer skills.
Respond to customers needing help understanding how to navigate the site.
Help answer customer questions, troubleshoot, and investigate customer inquiries to provide the best solution.
Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests via email and phone.
Provide customers with excellent customer service.
Work with other team members to provide and receive mutual support.
English mother tongue-MUST
Good problem-solving/reasoning skills-MUST
Excellent verbal, written communication, and editing skills - MUST
Customer service, retail, or marketing experience is an asset
Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred
Available to commit to work during Canadian business hours
Short weekend hours are available in addition to regular hours and are optional.
