Our client is a mission-driven fundraising tech company serving Jewish nonprofits across North America and Israel. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll connect with leaders in the religious Jewish nonprofit world, identify qualified leads, and book discovery calls to help expand the company’s reach and impact.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective nonprofit clients using CRM tools and LinkedIn
- Make outbound calls and send personalized outreach messages
- Book discovery calls and track activity in HubSpot
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategy
- Celebrate wins that directly contribute to meaningful nonprofit outcomes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or nonprofit development preferred
- Passion for the Jewish nonprofit world and familiarity with its communities (Yeshivish, Chabad, MO, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills; able to open conversations and spark interest
- Resilient and coachable with a growth mindset
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and CRM discipline
- Mission-driven and excited to make a difference
- Native-level English speaker required
