The Rainbow Hub Manager is responsible for leading and developing our vibrant Community Hub in Tel Aviv, which offers programs such as Co-Play and Rainbow Together, along with afternoon workshops and evening events. This full-time role (42 hours per week) includes a salary of 10,000 ILS per month. The Hub Manager will oversee program development, operational management, sales, and marketing initiatives to engage families and enhance community connections.
Candidates should possess a relevant degree and have experience in program management. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in English; Hebrew is a plus. The ideal applicant will be a self-starter with excellent communication abilities, capable of working autonomously and flexibly to meet the needs of the Hub and its stakeholders.
