Account Executive - US Hours, Full-Time (Jerusalem, On-Site)

Advance your sales career in the thriving Commercial Real Estate sector by joining our results-driven team in Jerusalem. We are seeking a motivated and personable Account Executive to join our growing Real Estate Services sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. While prior sales experience is beneficial, it is not required—we value character, communication skills, and a willingness to grow.

You’ll engage with potential clients, manage the sales process, and contribute to our success in the U.S. market. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and benefit from a competitive base salary and a commission structure with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Research prospects and develop tailored outreach strategies to spark interest
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records using CRM and sales tools
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

What We're Looking For:

• Native-level English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, especially over the phone
• Quick learner with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales tools
• Work Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM (Jerusalem Time) to align with US business hours.
