We are looking for a Senior Lead Developer to play a central role in both development and team execution. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys building, solving complex technical problems, and supporting other developers while staying deeply involved in the code. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining systems using C#, .NET, React, and SQL, taking ownership of projects from concept through delivery, and ensuring high standards through code review and best practices.
The right candidate brings 7+ years of software development experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to guide and support a team while remaining an active contributor. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication, along with the ability to collaborate with leadership to align technical work with business goals.
