What You'll Be Doing
Nurture Our Donor Family: Ghost-write regular touchpoints on behalf of our CEO, keeping our 1000+ donors engaged and connected to our mission. Track giving patterns and reach out to lapsed donors with personalized re-engagement strategies.
Grow Our Support Base: Research our subscriber database to identify potential new donors. Build relationships with new prospects while deepening connections with existing supporters through strategic outreach and compelling storytelling.
Lead Fundraising Initiatives: Plan and execute US fundraising trips every 2-3 months, leveraging your existing connections while building new relationships. Drive donor engagement through events, campaigns, and strategic initiatives to meet fundraising goals.
Manage Annual Crowdfunding: Take ownership of our annual crowdfunding campaign from concept to completion—developing strategy, creating compelling content, and mobilizing our community to exceed targets.
Must-Have Nice-to-Have
5+ years fundraising experience CRM expertise
High integrity, perseverance & attention to detail Existing US donor network
Proven track record of donor cultivation & retention Experience managing crowdfunding campaigns
Outstanding written communication skills in English
Exemplary communication abilities & outgoing, yet poised personality
Location: Hybrid — mix of remote work and on-site at our Jerusalem (Har Chotzvim) office
Travel: US fundraising trips every 2-3 months
