Nishmat, a Jerusalem-based, well-established institution of high-level Torah learning for women, is seeking a skilled social media coordinator for a maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of this role becoming a long-term position in the future. This is an 80% and hybrid position, 4 days from the office, 1 day from home, 35 hours a week. The role includes creating and implementing social media strategies and campaigns, posting content on social media, specifically Facebook and Instagram, creating and editing videos, and graphic design.
Requirements:
- Expertise with Facebook and Instagram, and ability to create and manage campaigns
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
- Understanding of paid social media ads
- Ability to develop social media strategies
- Expertise in social media writing
- Expertise in video editing, specifically using CapCut
- Proficiency in graphic design
- Knowledge in Asana or other task management software
- Proficiency in community management, and knowledge on how to grow social media pages
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- Proactive and creative
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- English – impeccable, Hebrew – at a very good level
- Knowledge and understanding of the Modern Orthodox/Dati Leumi Jewish world and its social media landscape.
