We are looking for a fresh candidate who has 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support or in a Technical Customer Support role.

A great addition to that would be knowing how to build apps in modern languages
(Javascript, Python, etc. )

This isn’t the role for someone who wants to have no personal interaction. This role includes video calls with partners and customers and we’re looking for someone upbeat with a unique personality. English Fluency is a must – (Reading, Writing, Speaking). Come with a positive attitude and you will fit in great. We’re looking for a candidate who’s ready to grow with our company, alongside a rapidly growing industry. That means we need someone who is courageous, takes initiative and can adapt quickly!
