Full Time

As a Senior Bookkeeper you’ll play a key role in strengthening our evolving finance department. You’ll manage accounts receivable, invoicing, deposits, and reconciliations, while also serving as a point of guidance for the bookkeeping team on more complex issues.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Issuing accurate and timely invoices, and ensuring smooth workflow between Hubspot and NetSuite
  • Performing reconciliations (banks, credit cards, intercompany, customers/vendors)
  • Monitoring cash flow and ensuring accurate financial records
  • Handling customer/vendor support, including resolving inquiries and discrepancies
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures
  • Supporting process improvement, standardization, and automation as we scale
  • Helping team members with more complex AR/AP and reconciliation questions

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage AR, invoicing, and deposits.
  • Upload and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
  • Perform reconciliations and record intercompany transactions
  • Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Support other bookkeepers with more complex financial questions
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures
  • Contribute to improving and standardizing finance processes
  • Performing other duties and ad-hoc special projects
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records and reporting

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping across a variety of tasks (not only one focus area)
  • Bookkeeping certification (1+2 required, 3 an advantage)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Professional English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative, team-player mindset with good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment with a positive can-do attitude
  • Experience with NetSuite, a big plus

Full time position with a hybrid setup (3 days/week in our office the Azrieli Office building in Modiin)
