Administrative Coordinator for JLM-BioCity, Bio-Med non-profit organization in Jerusalem.

Job Description

  • Report directly to the CEO and president of the organization
  • Handle administration of sponsorships
    • Approach potential sponsors
    • Maintain relations with current sponsors
    • Send out invoices and bills to sponsors and maintain records for the accounts of the organization
    • Ensuring that sponsors appear updated on the organization's website and promotional material.
  • Keep track of bills and maintain records for the accountants of the organization.
  • Work with Accountant to produce annual Financial Report of the Organization.
  • Event management – contact participants and presenters according to management requests
  • Manage the administrative activities including pre and post events, accounting etc.
  • “Rosh Gadol”
  • Office experience and basic IT background (writing and editing of content in the organizations’ website)

Social Media activities (FB, LinkedIn) – announcements and reminders, PR, graphics Requirements

  • knowledgeable of life science and healthcare
  • proficient with Word, Excel, Google Suite, Whatsap and Internet.
  • knowledgeable with, Facebook,  and meetup.

  • Share the values of the organization (promote Jerusalem’s bio-community)
  • Fluent Hebrew and English (writing and speaking)
  • Experience in working with high-level bio-professionals
  • Great communication skills and high responsiveness
