We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and mission-driven Director of Operations to help lead and support the next stage of our growth.
This is a part-time role that blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for translating vision into actionable plans, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and creating systems that allow our team and programs to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans
• Translate vision into clear operational roadmaps with measurable goals and timelines
• Track progress and ensure alignment across all initiatives
Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations across programs, courses, and internal systems
• Build, refine, and maintain systems that improve efficiency and scalability
• Identify possible operational gaps and proactively create solutions
Project Management
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through execution
• Create timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability across team members
• Maintain clarity and momentum across all ongoing initiatives
Team Coordination & Communication
• Serve as a central point of coordination across different team members and departments
• Facilitate clear, proactive communication to ensure alignment and flow
• Support team members in staying organized, focused, and on track
Leadership Support
• Act as a thought partner in organizational growth
• Help prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively
• Bring both structure and adaptability to a dynamic, evolving environment
