We are the premier online marketplace for professional diamond buyers and sellers, offering a comprehensive cloud-based platform for sourcing diamonds, pricing insights, market analysis, and more. We empower our clients to make informed decisions with industry-leading tools and data. We’re expanding our product team and looking for a UX/UI designer who is both hands-on and product-driven, capable of shaping and building a modern, intuitive user experience across the entire platform.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to lead our product strategy, execution, and team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee all aspects of product design and development and driving innovation across our platform. You will work closely with the product team and development team.
We’re seeking a product leader with experience in marketplaces or B2B SaaS, strong user-centered design instincts, and a proven ability to scale high-performing teams and products.
Responsibilities
Product & Strategy:
- Collaborate with product managers to shape the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product solutions
- Use data, research, and customer feedback to inform prioritization and drive product decisions
- Optimize the user journey, conversion funnels, and overall platform experience
- Implement best practices in product operations, agile development, and performance tracking
UI Design & Development:
- Design high-fidelity, modern UI for web and mobile interfaces.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
- Build production-ready UI components (React or similar) in collaboration with engineering.
- Ensure responsive design, performance, accessibility, and consistency throughout the platform.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of UX/UI experience (UI focused) in SaaS or marketplace products
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX work and developed UI components.
- Experience with front-end UI development (React preferred).
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, information architecture, and usability.
- Strong background in SaaS or marketplace products with measurable success
- Proven experience driving product strategy and executing on high-impact roadmaps
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to growth, funnels, and performance
- Strong communicator and team builder with cross-functional leadership experience
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams a plus
Bonus-
- Experience in luxury, e-commerce, fintech, or B2B2C platforms
- Familiarity with the diamond or jewelry industry
This role will be a hybrid role based in Ramat Gan (3 days a week) with occasional work in Jerusalem
