Duties include: Reset user passwords, help users with minor issues (how do I do X etc.), answer the phones, respond to tickets, client documentation, create new user accounts and other similar tasks.
2 years of experience with IT Technical Support required.
Candidates should be fluent in English with good Yiddish as well.
Position is working from home, part time. about 3-4 hours a day overlapping US working time.
