(Based in Israel or in the U.S. Tri-State Area β Remote & Office Options)
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive secretary to join our growing U.S.-based car rental business. The position can be performed remotely from Israel or on-site/remote from the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT).
Responsibilities:
Post and manage online ads for our rental cars.
Follow up on insurance compliance and documentation.
Answer incoming phone calls and return missed calls (U.S. number provided if in Israel).
Make outbound calls to customers, insurance companies, and vendors.
Maintain and manage a βto-doβ list to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
Fluent English (spoken & written).
Professional phone manner.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Reliable internet and quiet work environment.
Availability for some U.S. business hours.
Position Details:
Part-time to start, with potential to expand into a long-term position.
