Job Description:

The candidate will lead the efforts of sales and business development in the company; being responsible for managing ongoing business opportunities for the company. The position consists of daily contact with leading creators and tech companies, lead generations and meeting with potential partners.

The candidate is expected to continuously grow the company’s pipeline revenue, and provide insights, real-time information and results- to the Company’s management team.

The candidate will be required to:

  • Manage business relationships with C-level decision-makers, on a daily basis
  • Be a Hunter!- explore and create an ongoing pipeline of relevant prospects and potential partnerships -manage the deal cycle from engagement to negotiation and contract execution
  • The candidate will have to take decisions that backed on analytical data
  • Work independently in a demanding environment
  • Be out there in the market and search for new opportunities and ventures ford the company

Required Skills:

  • Mandatory – Business development /sales experience and the ability to see the macro and micro picture
  • Mandatory – English language proficiency at a very high level
  • Mandatory – BA degree in Business, Industry Engineering, Media studies, ect.
  • Analytical oriented, ability to take insights from numbers and analyse data of financial aspects in companies and reports
  • Independent, self-motivator and a problem solver
  • Outstanding inter-personal relations
  • Profound service orientation, sales abilities and initiative
  • An Advantage – Previous experience with Media companies, publishing is high advantage
  • An Advantage –former know how in digital marketing around social media, paid media, content marketing, marketing automation, etc.
