We’re Hiring: Technical Product Owner / Tech Lead
We’re looking for a highly detailed, structured, and experienced product/tech lead to help bring order and leadership to a project already in development. This is not a startup from scratch — the platform is mid-build, but needs someone sharp to step in, take full control of the process, and drive it to the finish line.
You won’t be doing the design or the development yourself, but you must deeply understand both. We’re looking for someone who can memorize every detail, think through every use case, and lead the team with clarity and structure.
What You’ll Own
- Take the founder’s business vision and turn it into clear product plans
- Own the entire product structure, from features to flow
- Write detailed specs and user flows, including edge cases and logic
- Review and guide designers (Figma) to ensure UX is correct
- Lead developers with precision: explain tasks, set expectations, review results
- Track all bugs, features, and technical questions across the system
- Test and validate all outputs before anything goes live
- Keep a full mental map of the system — no detail forgotten or lost
You Should Be Able To
- Think like a product manager, tech architect, and project manager in one
- Understand both frontend and backend systems
- Plan, manage, and prioritize with discipline
- Spot issues others miss
- Lead a team that includes designers, developers, QA — and make them better
