Shipping consultant company seeking an admin assistant to oversee basic operations of the company and admin tasks including:
- Email campaign management and working closely with our Hubspot marketing team and ensuring email sequences are running smoothly
- Maintenance of our CRM (Hubspot) including making sure all leads are entered correctly, adding leads to HS when necessary, etc..
- Sales operations - making sure leads are assigned correctly to salesman, updating relevant google docs
- Analyzing current clients data to determine future savings opportunities, using google sheets
- Helping to manage appointment setters
Skills and knowledge desired:
- Basic knowledge of CRM, google sheets, analysis
- High level of english
- Management experience a plus
- Ability to think outside the box and take initiative
Flexible hours, work from home, and an option to be full time based on progress.
