CauseMatch is seeking a creative and data-driven Business Development Representative to drive interest amongst American non-profits for our market-leading fundraising solutions. As a CauseMatch BDR you are the first point of contact for prospecting and qualifying potential clients to help build a full pipeline for our sales team. The ideal candidate has previous experience developing inbound marketing leads and creating new leads through innovative outreach.
As a CauseMatch BDR you must love selling and thrive in a competitive, merit-based environment. The role is largely phone based, so enjoying working on the phone is an absolute must. The job is targeting American prospects and therefore you should be available to work during typical American business hours. You are a great relationship builder and problem solver with a hunter mentality and will be the voice of CauseMatch as we execute and explore new channels of acquiring business. Most importantly, this is a sales role with real meaning and the ability to make a big social impact.
