A small US-based company with offices in Israel is looking for a diligent and dedicated english speaking part-time employee (20-30 hours weekly). To act as an assistant and to do our accounts payable and receivable work.
The position mainly encompasses assisting clients with issues, liaisoning with team members and vendors, scheduling calls, and assisting with special projects. It also includes using existing programs for paying and organizing company bills, paying employees. It includes collecting dues owed by invoicing and emailing clients when needed as well as using QuickBooks for simple bookkeeping.
Due to the current situation, this position is 100% remote, although in-person interview would be required.
In the future when the situation allows, this position may need to be based in an office in Romema, Jerusalem. It is possible that if the position is working well remotely it can continue that way.
