Company is looking for a Product Manager to lead its product strategy, execution, and team. Reporting directly to the CEO, youโll oversee all aspects of product development and manage a team of product managers, driving innovation across our platform.
Weโre seeking a senior product leader with experience in marketplaces or B2B SaaS, strong user-centered design instincts, and a proven ability to scale high-performing teams and products.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee product strategy and development
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Build and manage a team of product managers, providing leadership and direction
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product solutions
- Use data, research, and customer feedback to inform prioritization and drive product decisions
- Optimize the user journey, conversion funnels, and overall platform experience
- Implement best practices in product operations, agile development, and performance tracking
- Identify opportunities for growth through product-led and sales-led strategies
What Weโre Looking For:
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Strong background in SaaS or marketplace products with measurable success
- Proven experience driving product strategy and executing on high-impact roadmaps
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to growth, funnels, and performance
- Strong communicator and team builder with cross-functional leadership experience
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams a plus
Bonus
- Experience in luxury, e-commerce, fintech, or B2B2C platforms
- Familiarity with the diamond or jewelry industry
