We are an American Charedi family living in New Givat Zeev (Agan Ayalot) — just a 15-minute drive from all that Jerusalem has to offer. Our 140 m² renovated duplex has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, AC in every room, and is very comfortable for families. We have 9 beds plus extra mattresses for kids.
The house is kid-friendly with toys, bikes, a BBQ area, and it’s located on a park surrounded by greenery. The neighborhood is religious, quiet, and close to shuls, shopping, and Maayan Dvir (check Google Maps). The home is kosher and suitable for people who keep strict kashrut.
We’re looking to swap with a similar family-friendly home, ideally in the North, but South near water or ocean is also welcome. Looking for somewhere peaceful and close to water, great for kids.
