Therapist Express is a growing international web based company which is looking to develop its customer relationship department.
The ideal candidate would be one with the following skill set.
- Fluent and articulate in English
- Likes working and communicating with people.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
- Drive to learn and implement skills related to customer relations and online marketing and outreach.
Job Description includes
- Phone and email based customer support.
- Prepping and supporting workshop presenters and participants. prior to, during and after online based programming.
- Customer Satisfaction Evaluations and post service follow up.
- Internet based marketing via Email and social media.
Work hours are Monday-Thursday 16:00pm-12:00am (9:00am-5:00pm EST) with some flex-time allowances.
This is a home based position. Hires must have a quiet home office in which to answer audio and visual calls in a professional environment.
