Responsibilities:
• Provide positive, empathetic, and professional customer service.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Receive, diffuse, and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain and update records of customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Ideal candidate:
• Available to work in our Har Hotzvim office 3pm to 8pm Sunday to
Thursday.
• Charismatic and a natural people person with excellent communication
skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to learn new concepts quickly.
• A team player who thrives off of collaboration.
• Looking for a long-term job in Customer Service.
• Native English speaker
• Must have Teudat Zehut or work visa
