We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our Implementation Team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to clients as they transition to our systems, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide clients through system functionalities, and collaborate with the implementation team to optimize the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, providing real-time technical support and assistance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
Guide clients through system functionalities and best practices to ensure successful adoption.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
Work closely with the implementation team to align client needs with system capabilities.
Requirements:Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience with troubleshooting software and resolving technical issues.
Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Schedule & Location:
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Training: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Location: In-office, Har Hotzvim
