Fundraising Coordinator for well established non-profit organization (50% Part-Time Position)
Key Responsibilities:
• Track, maintain, and regularly update the organization's fundraising strategy, plans, and status.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive records of all past and current donors, grant applications, submission deadlines, funding commitments, and related documentation.
• Prepare, organize, and update fundraising materials, grant proposals, donor communications, and other written resources.
• Maintain ongoing communication with donors regarding current commitments, funding opportunities, and upcoming initiatives.
• Support donor stewardship and relationship management to strengthen engagement and long-term partnerships.
• Provide regular fundraising reports and updates to the Board of Directors and senior management.
• Monitor fundraising progress and help ensure timely completion of grant submissions and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
• Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Good command of Hebrew.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong writing and communication abilities, particularly in fundraising and donor relations.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising, grant management, or donor relations is an advantage.
Position Details:
• Part-time position (50% employment).
Salary 8,000 NIS per month
