*Fractional Controller / Accounting Manager – Remote (Israel)*

About the Company & Role:
New York–based accounting and advisory (CAAS) firm working with clients across multiple industries. The role focuses on designing and optimizing accounting workflows, guiding clients, and managing teams—not just day-to-day bookkeeping.
Clients typically have $1M+ in revenue and 5+ employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve AR, AP, and inventory workflows
- Optimize accounting processes and software (QuickBooks required)
- Guide clients and explain processes clearly
- Manage and oversee a team
- Work with multiple clients across industries
Requirements:
- 7+ years of accounting / financial statement experience
- Must have experience managing a team
- Must have inventory accounting experience
- Strong QuickBooks experience (ERP a plus)
- Experience building processes from scratch
- Background working with real corporate businesses
- Accounting firm / multi-client experience
- Fractional accounting experience preferred
