Trebuchet Outsourcing Services is looking for skilled and motivated telephone-based survey agents for an online pharmaceutical company client. This is not a sales position. You will be calling medical offices to find out some basic demographic information and recording their responses in a spreadsheet.
Qualifications:
• Prior telephone contact center experience of any kind is preferred
• Very computer literate
This is a work-from-home position. You must have a quiet work environment, a strong internet connection and a fully equipped home office, including a state-of-the-art Windows computer and accessories, and including video camera and headset.
You will be working US East Coast business hours, Monday – Thursday, for a minimum of 3-4 hours per day, between the hours of 10am and 4:30pm ET. Calling hours can vary from day to day provided they are within the specified window.
The initial contract will last 4-6 weeks but if the client is satisfied this could turn into a long-term commitment.
