we are looking for someone who drives to uncover the root cause of a problem, can quickly analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations.


  • Develop client portfolios
  • Improve and sustain business growth
  • Maintain and develop customer success procedures and best practices
  • Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience
  • Train customer support representatives
  • Ensure that all support practices are carried out in a professional and ethical manner to maintain the company’s reputation as a high-quality solutions provider.
  • Maintain existing Customer Success metrics and data as directed.

You will help manage our growing customer base and interact with several growing areas of the business.

As such, the position is fast-paced and highly visible to our executive leadership and offers extremely high potential for upward mobility. You will work closely with management and other team members to collaboratively solve problems and implement solutions.

Job requirements

  • Previous experience in managing a customer service team
  • Native Level English– additional languages a plus
  • Detail and people oriented
  • Experience in Customer Service or Tech Support
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
  • Strong team player, self-starter, and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize time and tasks quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated superb communication, organization, people and time management skills and be able to effectively manage a number of diverse and complex problems at the same time.
