Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new accounts – data entry and data check.
  • Order and review medical bills and documents.
  • Letter writing, editing, and account auditing.
  • Prepare patient cases for billing agent assignments utilizing some of the major US healthcare billing and health information management systems.
  • Communicate with hospitals, medical records, and billing departments about payment processing and documents needed to bill insurance companies and patients globally.
  • Letter writing, editing, and account auditing.
  • Other data administrative tasks.

Requirements and Skills:

  • BA/BS.
  • High-level written and spoken English is a must.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good analytical and written communication skills.
  • Background in the US healthcare business industry, insurance industry, or billing, is a plus.
