As our institute grows and our educational reach expands, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team to help share our mission and materials with communities worldwide.

Position: Distribution Coordinator Employment Type: Part-time / Freelance (Project-based) Location: Remote

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Distribution Coordinator to manage the physical distribution of the institute's printed materials. In this role, you will act as a remote logistical coordinator, ensuring that our flyers, booklets, and educational resources efficiently reach their target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the central remote coordinator managing the physical distribution of printed materials.
• Actively seek and maintain strong contacts within the Yeshiva world to ensure materials are successfully distributed directly into yeshivos.
• Continuously network, build relationships, and coordinate with local distributors, community teams, and volunteers on the ground.
• Target and oversee distribution logistics specifically in four key locations: Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, Lakewood, and Monsey.
• Ensure timely delivery and strategic placement of materials according to the institute's marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and logistical management skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities, specifically the ability to seek out and maintain relationships with Yeshiva administrators, Gabaim, and community members.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and managing project-based workflows.
• Familiarity with the target communities (Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, Lakewood, and Monsey) is highly preferred.
