Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Jerusalem

We are looking for a highly motivated CSM to join an amazing company that offers a Tourism Experience Platform. In this role you’ll be developing and maintaining relationships with customers, leading them through the customer journey, demos, solving issues and collaborating with the company’s product design.

Requirements:

• Native level of Spanish & Portuguese; and fluent in English.
• At least 1-2 year experience in sales, customer success, or a related field
• Possibility to work flexible hours to adapt to the client’s location.
• Experience in a client facing role and passion for service.
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of organization and the ability to multitask
