Who You Are

You have 3–5 years of comprehensive experience in U.S. individual taxation and a deep understanding of complex tax scenarios. You are a problem-solver, comfortable navigating and tackling challenging tax issues with minimal guidance. You possess advanced technical proficiency in U.S. taxation and continuously seek to expand your knowledge. You are a natural mentor, eager to support and guide junior associates as they grow professionally. You can make independent decisions and confidently take ownership of projects. You thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing your expertise and learning from others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage a robust client base, handling a diverse range of U.S. individual tax matters.
• Tackle complex tax scenarios, applying technical knowledge to address unique client needs.
• Expand your expertise in U.S. taxation, staying updated on current laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Make key decisions, working independently while managing your workload efficiently.
• Mentor and develop junior associates, fostering a positive learning environment and professional growth.
• Collaborate with a team, contributing your leadership and expertise to team projects and client work
