Perform miscellaneous duties and providing administrative support for the Information Technology department.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
- Manage Information Technology ticket requests via IT ticketing system and route requests to appropriate departmental resources
- Follow up on ticket statuses, updating tickets, and performing other related ticket management tasks
- Respond to queries sent to the Information Technology billing mailbox and directly from department managers
- Purchase approved mobile assets and maintain an accurate inventory of corporate mobile assets
- Process billing and invoicing requests from vendors and Information Technology staff
- Create purchase orders upon request
- Manage Information Technology managers credit card statements and expense reports
- Organize and maintain Information Technology vendor contracts to ensure proper renewals and cancellations
- Format information for internal and external communications, (policies, procedures, presentations, reports)
- Assist with organizing Information Technology appointments and travel arrangements
- Assisting and completing other projects and/or tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in Israel
- English at a professional level (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and proactively, while collaborating with internal and external teams
- Must be detailed oriented, dependable, have a strong work ethic and be able to respond to multiple types of communication channels.
- Must be proficient with standard office applications, (Outlook, Word, Excel, Acrobat
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- An understanding of invoicing procedures and Accounts Payable workflows
- Basic understanding of Information Technology workflows
- Experience supporting an Information Technology team
Office Location: Next to the Jerusalem Central Bus Station / Tachana Merkazit & The Navon Train Station
Hybrid: Jerusalem (Minimum 2 Days per Week) / Work From Home
Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week; Monday-Thursday (half overlapping with US EST work hours) & Friday (normal hours + shortened day). (Possibility of working Sunday-Thursday with half overlapping with US EST work hours once training is completed.)
