*Office Manager – Jerusalem*

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager for a growing IT company.
Responsibilities include managing suppliers, coordinating projects, accounts payable, account payable/receivable, managing inventory, monthly invoicing and customer service.

Requirements:

  • High level of English and Hebrew (spoken and written)
  • Experienced with *Account receivable/payable – a must*
  • 3+ years of experience in similar duties
  • CRM experience - must
  • Experience with Office 365 applications
  • Excellent Multitasking and Customer Service skills

Please note this is a full time and onsite (Talpiot area) position.
