Inbound Sales Representative (Appliances – Remote, Israel Based, Frum Environment)

U.S.-based appliance company (Park Ave Appliance) is seeking a frum, English-speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join our team remotely from Israel.

This is a sales role (not basic customer service). You will be speaking with customers who are already interested and guiding them through choosing the right appliances for their needs.

We are looking for someone who understands the frum/Lakewood-style clientele and can confidently communicate with American customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers ready to purchase
• Respond to emails and text inquiries
• Guide customers in selecting appliances based on their needs and budget
• Recommend products, explain options, and help customers make decisions
• Follow up and help close sales

Requirements:

• Fluent, natural-sounding English (U.S.-level communication)
• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with customers
• Sales mindset – ability to guide conversations and help customers make decisions
• Understanding of frum / yeshivish culture (important)
• Organized, responsible, and self-motivated
• Reliable internet and quiet work environment

Schedule:

• Must work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours

Compensation:

• Hourly pay based on experience + performance-based bonuses/commission
