Overview: As an E-commerce Associate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic landscape of our online retail presence.

Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform to strategically planning and executing product launches and promotions. You’ll be a key link between our company and development partners, ensuring seamless technical operations while constantly seeking opportunities for enhancements. Your analytical prowess will be crucial in identifying growth opportunities and informing strategic decision-making.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Site Management:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring its optimal performance.
  • Continuously enhance the website’s user experience, aesthetics, and conversion capabilities.
  • Vigilantly monitor and address issues related to website performance, load times, and security.

Commercial Calendar:

  • Craft a comprehensive commercial calendar, aligning with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Strategically plan and execute product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Employ data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Content Upload:

  • Oversee the seamless uploading of product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Maintain a repository of up-to-date and engaging product information.

Technical Issue Solving:

  • Act as a vital link between the company and our development partners for technical matters.
  • Diagnose and resolve website-related challenges, collaborating with developers when necessary.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for website enhancements and optimizations.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Regularly analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Experience & Skills:

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field.
  • Confidence in developing and overseeing eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis.
  • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
  • Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Analytics.


  • Two to five years of total previous experience.
  • E-commerce website manager.
  • A brand manager who was managing e-commerce
  • Strong passion for beauty and luxury brands.
