Heritage House is a hostel for young women traveling in Israel with all the comforts of home. Located in Jerusalem in the heart of the Old City, we offer a place to stay for a few days or longer. We offer dynamic, fun programs and educational projects that help young women find their place and regain their Jewish heritage.
We are looking for a team player that is highly efficient, responsible as well as warm and easy-going. This is an administrative and behind the scenes role. Must be computer savvy, have experience working with MSOffice, including Excel as well as G-suites programs, quickbooks a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Administrative coordination and budgeting, working with some government agencies, general office management, financial administration, as well as lots of teamwork. We have a fantastic team and a special mission that will provide tremendous fulfillment to the right candidate.
Work is mostly from home, assuming there is a set up to work for office work. Daytime hours, 4 hours a day.
English mother-tongue and Hebrew fluency.
Must be able to read Hebrew documents and speak to public offices efficiently. Must have at least 4-7 years work experience.
