Roga is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Sales Team with processing new and existing sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and a quick learner.
Responsibilities
Review and prioritize incoming RFPs and pricing requests
Enter and verify RFP information in internal systems
Retrieve and upload historical usage data when needed
Process changes to existing requests
Research account and facility information
Identify and flag complex requests or potential conflicts
Ensure information is processed accurately and on time
Requirements
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines
Proficiency in Outlook and basic Excel
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience with OnBase, inRetail, or ERCOT is a plus, but not required
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Israel time
