About the Role: We're seeking a meticulous professional to fill a unique hybrid position, splitting time between our retail store floor and back office customer support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering flawless customer experiences whether face-to-face or through digital channels, while maintaining impeccably organized systems in both environments. If you're the type of person who notices when something is out of place – whether it's a misaligned display or an incomplete support ticket – and can't help but fix it, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Operations (30% of role):

  • Serve as the calm, knowledgeable resource for walk-in customers navigating complex technology decisions
  • Maintain pristine store appearance with obsessive attention to detail
  • Handle escalated in-person situations with composure and thoroughness
  • Execute precise inventory management and ensure accurate displays
  • Master product details to provide accurate, thorough consultations

Back Office Customer Support (70% of role):

  • Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with the same patience shown in-person
  • Document every interaction with meticulous detail in our CRM system
  • Follow up on unresolved issues until every loose end is tied
  • Process orders, returns, and account modifications with zero-error accuracy
  • Create and maintain organized tracking systems for customer issues
  • Identify patterns in support requests and document solutions thoroughly

Cross-Functional Excellence:

  • Seamlessly transition between store floor and back office responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent service standards across all customer touchpoints
  • Share insights between front-line and support experiences to improve overall service
  • Develop encyclopedic knowledge accessible in both environments
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks during role transitions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Hebtew
  • Experience in both retail/customer-facing roles and remote customer support
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and multi-channel communication (email, chat, phone, in-person)
  • Strong organizational skills for both physical and digital environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and context-switch between store floor and back office
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and documentation
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated situations

Nice-to-Haves

Preferred Experience:

  • Technology retail or technical product support background
