ADHD? Autism? Dyslexia? Concentration difficulties? Bright and curious, but just not thriving at school?
I offer one-to-one, in-person learning support for English-speaking children in Jerusalem, especially children who struggle to engage with conventional teaching.
My approach begins with the child. I start by figuring out what makes him curious, what makes school difficult, and what kind of teaching actually gets him engaged.
We then work on individual skills and confidence. Our goal is to build towards a healthy and balanced integration with the demands of the school system.

I’m Yitzi Tuvel, a CELTA-qualified teacher with a BA from the University of Sydney, majoring in Psychology and Philosophy. I particularly enjoy working with bright children who need a more individual, creative or flexible approach to learning.
