This is the second house we built for ourselves, and after everything we learned from the first house β here we have already thought of everything.Β

This is a house that was designed for a truly good life.Β
A life of family, of community, of peace and space.
We love this house very much, and we did not plan to leave it.Β
But thank God our business is growing, and we are looking to move to a farm that will suit our next dream β and therefore we are looking for the next family who will love this place as much as we do.Β
The house is located in the religious moshav Sde Ilan, a place with a warm and high-quality community in the Lower Galilee, where children still play freely in the street on Shabbat, there is real community life, peace, nature and good air.
The house is about 3 years old, built on about 290 square meters on a 510 square meter plot, and is spread over three levels.
From the moment you enter, you feel its special character β handmade solid wood doors, high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, a combination of stone and wood and lots of natural light.
The rustic kitchen is truly the heart of the house β large, warm and designed for a family that hosts. It has a large island, two sinks and two ovens, and a lot of thought about real everyday comfort.
On the ground floor there are also full preparations that allow part of the house to be divided into a separate housing unit in the future in a relatively simple way.
The second floor and the gallery create a pleasant and open space with a beautiful balcony, full air conditioning, a separate electrical panel and all the necessary preparations.
Outside there is a big American balcony, two large pergolas and a garden that we really love β with fruit trees, seating areas and lots of privacy.Β
Β The lot borders a Dutch path so there is no neighbor on one side, which is something you feel every day.
We chose this lot first out of 14 lots in the project, because of its location β close to the synagogue, the community center, and the grocery store, yet still quiet and pleasant.
Β The entire house is air-conditioned, with stone-like flooring, smart Somfy blinds with Shabbat timing, and a basement that functions as a cozy room for everything.
In terms of accessibility, you can reach the Golani junction in 3 minutes, 15 minutes to Afula and the train (on the new highway), and 20 minutes to Puria and Tiberias
A little about the moshav for those who don't know β Sde Ilan is a national religious moshav with a very pleasant and diverse community, active community life, Bnei Akiva, classes, young families and a lot of sense of togetherness.Β
On Shabbat, the gate is closed and the children roam freely β and this is one of the things we liked most here.
