Nishmat, an advanced Torah learning institution for women, seeks an experienced administrative coordinator to join its team. This position is based in our Jerusalem office and is currently structured as a 30-hour work week, with the potential for expanded hours over time.
This role oversees the operational and administrative coordination of Nishmat’s English-language educational programming and Nishmat’s Kollel, and supports broader institutional initiatives connected to Yoatzot Halacha projects. The position works closely with the dean, executive director, program directors, educators, and office staff to ensure the smooth functioning, growth, and ongoing development of these programs.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in program operations, administration or related role.
- Rosh Gadol and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through consistently.
- Excellent at task execution.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Expertise in Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Familiarity and basic facility with CRMs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; high-level Hebrew.
- Experience of and identification with the Dati Leumi world.
Job Description:
- Collaborate, strategize and support dean and program leadership on operational planning, implementation, and ongoing program development.
- Coordinate recruitment processes together with program directors and PR staff.
- Coordinate scheduling across programs, faculty, and events.
- Provide ongoing support for the dean, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and tracking ongoing tasks and processes.
- Coordinate logistics and follow-through for recruitment, outreach, fundraising, and partnership initiatives.
- Manage tuition, scholarship, and payment processes, including tracking budgetary expenditures, for English language programs.
- Coordinate and support various aspects of student life, including campus life, dormitory coordination, classroom logistics, student wellbeing, and online learning, for English language programs.
