Part Time

Jerusalem Media Group is a creative production company specializing in live events, video content, and studio productions. We work with local and international clients to deliver high-quality media with a strong storytelling focus.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead production management tasks as projects require, support sales and client development, and keep our studio running smoothly. This role is mostly in-studio, with some opportunity for remote work, and occasional off-site days for productions, meetings, and errands.

Responsibilities

Production Management (as projects require)

  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Arrange filming permissions, permits, and location bookings.
  • Confirm crew and vendor availability and secure resources.
  • Oversee logistics to keep productions on track.

Business Operations & Administration

  • Issue and track quotes, estimates, and invoices.
  • Maintain organized records of payments, expenses, and receipts.
  • Keep VAT records up to date and coordinate with accountants for:
    • Monthly VAT submissions
    • Yearly tax filings
    • Payroll processing
    • Pension contributions and other statutory obligations
  • Maintain/update internal databases (suppliers, crew, client contacts).
  • Organize and maintain company cloud storage and paper files.

Sales & Client Development

  • Research potential clients, projects, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/client contact list.
  • Prepare outreach emails, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Actively reach out to potential clients and help bring in new business.
  • Follow up with leads provided by management and track pipeline status.

Studio & Facilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and crew when they arrive at the studio.
  • Keep the studio stocked (coffee, tea, paper goods, basic supplies).
  • Coordinate cleaning and basic facilities needs/repairs.
  • Handle occasional local errands in Jerusalem (pickups/drop-offs, small purchases).

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Capture and edit short behind-the-scenes (BTS) clips from productions.
  • Prepare simple posts/captions for company channels in coordination with management.
  • Organize media assets for quick reuse (logos, lower-thirds, brand packs).

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew (both required).
  • Proven experience in business administration, office management, and/or production coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
  • Understanding of bookkeeping, VAT, and payroll processes.
  • Working knowledge of doing business in Israel (required).
  • Experience in production/project management (strong advantage).
  • Basic social/video skills for short BTS clips (any NLE is fine; strong advantage).
  • Comfortable splitting time between remote work and on-site studio days in Jerusalem.
