Job description

The International Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and managing relationships with the company's global distribution partners, and reports to the Chief Sales Officer.

  • Lead relationships with international distributors while maximizing sales and profit.
  • Develop and execute tailored business plans for each key account.
  • Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and track distributor performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and promotional plans with key accounts.
  • This role requires international travel several times a year.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of international sales experience.
  • Excellent English, both spoken and written.
  • Highly driven and goal-oriented.
  • Assertive and competitive.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on impact, and adapt plans to meet changing business needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills- big advantage.
