Technical Customer Support Specialist:
AIRSOFT Technology, a leading B2B technology provider for FX/CFD/Crypto Brokerage
announced a new open position in the Customer Care Department.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in the role of Customer Support
Specialist to assist our customers with technical issues when using the companyโs products and
services.
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending
solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in
this role, you should be an excellent communicator whoโs able to earn our clientsโ trust.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer
support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
Main Responsibilities
โข Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via email or chat
โข Identify customer needs and help customers understand and use specific features
โข Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or
testing from a usersโ perspective)
โข Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
โข Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions
with customers
โข Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
โข Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
โข Inform customers about new features and functionalities
โข Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
โข Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Qualifications
โข Exceptional English language skills - both written and oral
โข Multi-tasking abilities & patience when handling challenging cases
โข Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
โข Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
โข Understanding of how CRM systems work
โข Experience as a Customer Support Specialist will be considered as an advantage
โข Experience in the Forex/Crypto/CFD industry will be considered as an advantage
