Job Opportunity: Sales Representative Support
ABOUT 🏢
Pantry Packers operates a packing plant in Jerusalem where visitors and tourists help pack food staples for needy families across Israel. We are the food distribution arm of Colel Chabad, Israel’s oldest continuously operating network of social services (established 1788).
POSITION 📍
- In-office (Jerusalem – Talpiot)
- Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (40 hours/week)
RESPONSIBILITIES 📝
- Schedule reservation requests and oversee the calendar
- Manage general inquiries via phone, email, & WhatsApp
- Manage invoicing (issuing and tracking)
- Input and update group and contact information in the database
- Facilitate visitor entry into the building
- Assist team members with day-to-day needs
- Sort group photos and upload links into the database
- Able to help lead groups occasionally, and lend a hand to other team members when needed
REQUIREMENTS 📋
- Experience in administrative and sales roles
- Highly skilled in customer service, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Friendly and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and phone skills
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), basic Hebrew
- Experience with Salesforce – an advantage
