I am a highly qualified personal trainer that has been in the business for 10 years. I studied with Premier Training International, the UK's top provider of education for the fitness industry in the UK and internationally. My qualifications include training pre-post natal clients, those with medical conditions and clients with back and knee injuries.
Personal Training is all about staying motivated, getting results and getting them on schedule. I recognise that every client is an individual, and that each client requires a bespoke program to achieve their goals. Following your initial physical analysis session, I will then develop your bespoke plan of training. Designed to be challenging, the plan will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are leaner, stronger more flexible, stable and agile.
Personal training sessions can take place in the privacy of your own home, at the beach or park, what ever suits you most. Sessions last for 1 hour and can be shared with a friend.
