Assistant to the Vice President and the Director of the Authority
job description:
Management of the Authority's Executive Bureau and provision of administration services, including: telephone answering, diary management, meeting coordination, mail handling, filing, procurement, printing letters in English and Hebrew and more.
Preliminary response to the handling of inquiries from international students and a variety of external factors.
Preparation of materials for meetings, discussions, visits and preparation of presentations for them.
Writing minutes of meetings.
Handling travel arrangements abroad, preparing background materials, travel summaries and follow-up.
Coordination and assistance in organizing visits, fairs and participation in events with guests and delegations.
Scholarship site management
Additional tasks in accordance with the instructions of the superiors.
Requirements:
College degree.
Administrative experience.
Full control of Office and Internet applications.
Knowledge of the Hebrew language at its core and English at the level of a mother tongue, including the ability to formulate in writing and orally.
Has initiative, high service consciousness, excellent interpersonal skills and high organizational ability.
Ability to work in a multi-interface and task environment and withstand stressful conditions.
Willingness to work overtime from time to time.
