We are a logistics company that is rapidly expanding and looking for a sales manager to join the team.
Tasks include:
- Recruit and train sales agents
- Manage and motivate sales agents; setting KPI's and analyzing performances
- Develop and implement a proven winning sales strategy from the 1st phone call to the close, including the Carrier Agreement Optimization service.
- Analyze ROI for each sales agent and search for new ways improve on sales process, including optimizing CRM, speed dial automation, etc. - making connections and networking via linked in
- Joining meetings with clients/prospects either to provide input, training purposes, etc.
-Strategizing on new ways to grow
Work from home, optional to come to office
US hours, 5-10 pm Mon - Thurs, potential for full time
Must have sales experience and managing experience a plus.
