First Fund is a US Based company that helps small businesses scale and grow by accessing business funding. We are seeking a part time --> full time Funding Specialist that will be responsible for daily client management and communication.
The Funding Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling the First Fund services to our clients by guiding them throughout the funding process, maintaining excellent communication with the clients and our third party funding partners.
Our ideal candidate is very organized, prioritizes customer service, and will be able to clearly communicate and articulate concepts about banking, credit and finances. We are seeking a candidate that wants to grow with a young business, and is open to investing their time and energy in exchange for tremendous growth potential within the company. The candidate will know how to professionally interact with our clients. Candidates with knowledge of the US credit and banking system a plus.
Candidate must have excellent written and spoken English with little to no accent.

The position is remote and can work from home. Candidate must have reliable internet connection and computer available in a quiet, professional work environment.
The position will begin as part time (30 hours/week) and will increase to a 40+ hour work week. The candidate will be expected to be available in front of a computer with a reliable internet connection between 9am - 6pm EST.
Generous bonus and incentive programs are available.
